Abstract

The company, which is small business and using traditional method, has a complexity in management. There is only a leader in company, who did all the management’s job. Moreover, how about the growth of company that is as a measurement how succeeds the company are. This research which is used in this research is qualitative descriptive. This chosen, because easy to explain and describe the relationship between leadership and organizational growth. The result of this research is, the leadership are really impact the growth of company. The company implemented right leadership characteristic and style, but this company not really growth, because missed delegation and creativity step based on five stage of organizational growth by Greiner (1998).
