Abstract
Based on his previous experiment, Sujarwadi (2013) explained that LBP (Low Back Pain) happened to a water gallon lifting worker in "AA" Agent, was felt as a different pain sensation by the other lifting worker in the same Agent. It is considered, because at that experiment he just used a 'Single Task' Manual Lifting project, that specially analized and suitable applied just to the single lifting task activity only. In the daily real case, he find not only 'Single Task' activity, but also more often in 'Multi Task' one. Of course there is bassicaly difference, between the both of them, 'Single Task' lifting activity and 'Multi Task' lifting activity. Based on this new problem, so he do the continuing experiment, especially analize the difference between 'Single Task' lifting activity and 'Multi Task' lifting activity. The result shows NIOSH index to the three lifting workers at "AA" Agent in 'Single Task' lifting activity are: LI = 3,94; 2,79; 1,82. These indexes show a different movement pattern, compared to the indexes in 'Multi Task' lifting activity: CLI = 2,87; 5,05; 3,47. In other condition, at '3DSSPP Simulation', The TSC Single Task indexes are: 68%, 80%, 94%, that have same index movement pattern to The TSC Multi Task indexes: (83%, 80%, 71%), (95%, 93%, 62%), (99%, 98%, 93%). After processing in a sensitivity analytic to The NIOSH 'Multi Task' lifting activity, show some main different variable that significantly effect to the index. Horizontal distance Variable (H), Lifting Frequency (F), Asymetric Angle (A), and Vertically Origin Distance Variable (Vo), all are the main significant variables, effect to The NIOSH index in 'Multi Task' lifting activity. And it is different showed in The NIOSH index in 'Single Task' lifting activity, that is Horizontal distance variable (H) and Asymetric Angle (A), both are the main variable that significanltly effect it's index.
