Abstract
Women rights to law protection, to have just treatment under the law, to express their opinions are clearly stated, in the Indonesian Constitution of 1945 and UNHRD. But, culture and society in Indonesia are still discriminative toward women, even when the women are the victims. Victimous women are often treated as criminal. This paper discusses a case of a female police in Indonesia who is a victim of domestic violences (from her husband) but then is accused of libeling.
