Abstract
tax mafia could be considered as gross violation of human rights since this act harm many people and violate their rights. Actually, tax could be used to fund government program to fulfill right to adequate living, right to adequate housing, rights to food, right to education, right to health and other rights. President and other high government institutions should pay more attention to tax mafia for it is very difficult to disclose tax mafia network. Despite amendment to the tax regulation, as other solution and prevention for tax mafia, president should also form a special task force for tax mafia.
