Abstract
It is obvious that every university needs to renew their curriculum in order to meet the business and industries needs, by reviewing their curriculum regularly every five years. These changes lead to changes in graduation requirements that must be met by the student. Based on the results of interviews with two administrative officers and two academic advisors of the Informatics Engineering Department - who usually done the graduation requirements’ checking manually - it can be obtained that there is difficulty in determining student graduation requirements, because there are some complex graduation requirements that must be met, and it means large amount of data is being used, meanwhile the academic performa of the students varied, especially for students who are in transition curriculum periods. The purpose of this research is to create the application program to check students graduation requirements including the curriculum conversion, so it can help the administrative officers and academic advisors of the department to check.
