Abstract

The study of Ms. Askitosari was aimed to detect bacteria associated with entomopathogenic nematodes (EPN) in soil samples from Trawas (Mojokerto), Indonesia based on PCR of 16S rRNA marker. EPNs collected from 27 sites representing 13 villages in Trawas, Mojokerto were subjected to PCR amplification using Eubacterial 16S rRNA primers and subsequently clone library and sequencing analyses. Amplification of bacterial 16S rRNAfragments from EPN was found to be site specific.
