Abstract
A study reveals that 50% to 70% of knowledge management implementations have failed. These failures are caused by many factors, such as hasty implementation, implementation without an appropriate support, resistance from employees and others. The key factors determining the success or failure of knowledge management is leadership. Using the right leadership, employees will gain comfort and safety at work, so that good relationship between employees and a good culture in organization will be formed naturally. One of the cultures is the willingness to share experience succees failure, or other possessed knowledge
