Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to elaborate empirical research of Mahadwartha (2008), and Ismiyanti and Mahadwartha (2008). The elaboration includes the new arguments based on Agency Theory especially ownership structure. The paper presents two new propositions on private sector corruption that focus on group affiliation and no-group affiliation, combined with the family group affiliation versus no-family group affiliation issues.
