Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas analgesik buah Mahkota Dewa [Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boer!] pada tikus (Rattus norvegicus) dengan metode Paw Pressure Test. Dalam penelitian ini, hewan uji dibagi menjadi empat kelompok: Kelompok Uji I diberi larutan Mahkota Dewa konsentrasi 0,32% (3,17 mg/ml) dengan dosis 42,75 mg/kg BB; kelompok Uji 2 diberi larutan Mahkota Dewa konsentrasi 0,95% (9,5 mg/ml) dengan dosis 128,25 mg/kg BB; Kelompok Pembanding diberi larutan Asetosal dengan dosis 80 mg/kg BB; dan Kelompok Kontrol diberi aquadem dengan volume pemberian 13,5 ml/kg BB per oral...
