Abstract
Patient Medication Record (PMR) merupakan catatan (dokumentasi) seluruh pengobatan pasien termasuk keadaan alergi, frekuensi dan dosis pemakaian obat hasil laborarorium, serta perkembangan pasien selama pengobatan. Patient Medication Record dapat mengidentifikasi adanya Drug Related Problem (DRP).
