Abstract
Konservatisma merupakan prinsip akuntansi yang menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah ada pengaruh antara konflik bondholder-shareholder atas kebijakan dividen terhadap konservatisma akuntansi dan apakah ada pengaruh antara konservatisma akuntansi terhadap bunga pinjaman obligasi.
