Abstract

Globalization era make a culture have an important position in a company. Company management must make policies to adapt with the external and internal environment. Cultural learning will be an alternative to give a provisioning to the employee. Employee must ready to confront with the different culture in internal and external environment. The leader in a company should manage the cross culture, because the leader have the bigger potention to cultivate and strengthen the corporate culture. If the leader can manage the cross culture, they will be a competitive advantage. But if the leader can't manage the cross culture, the performance of the company will be decrease
