Abstract
This research explores the probability of leads community or individual in adopting social enterprise principle and the probability in supporting environment movement as volunteers. The evaluation of partnership strategy between social enterprises and beneficiaries as new social ventures beneficiaries is commenced to figure out a probability to be a win-win game. The research indicates that there is huge potential to all parities to allocate its minimum resource to run up against the huge risk. Hence, community pressure has become a key determinant for the direction of public-private partnership advanced.
