Abstract
This study deals with designing and molecular docking a novel lead compound 1- benzyl-3-benzoylurea and the substituted compounds as antiproliferative agents. The objective of this study was predicting a more potent antiproliferative agent In order to achieve the goal , the in-silica activity againts 1-UWH receptor was calculated by Molegro Virtual Docker 5 and compared with Hydroxyurea as a reference compound. The result showed that all lead and substituted compounds of 1-benzyl-3-benzoylurea were more potent than Hydroxyurea. It is highly recommended that all lead and substituted compounds of 1-benzyl-3-benzoylurea be synthesized further as antiproliferative agents.
