Abstract

This research based on preliminary survey that showed most of customers (92,67%) felt the service convenience in service performed by FM Team Hair Design, there is only 7,33% customers felt contrary. The convenience showed in form of agreement statements about questions derived from service convenience elements such as : decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience and postbenefit convenience. The purpose of this research is to describe service convenience at FM Team Hair Design Samarinda. The type of research is descriptive by using primary data. Research object is FM Team Hair Design in Samarinda. Population targeted through the research is male or female customers, with minimal education is senior high school or higher, live in Samarinda, and using FM Team Hair Design’s service for minumum once in last three months.Research sampel is 127 samples. Data analysis technique is descriptive statistic, validity and reliability test, bar chart, and pie chart. The research result show that respondents evaluation on service convenience in FM Team Hair Design is generaly high. This result shows that generally customer valued service convenience. While performance of each elements are different. Decision convenience reach highest performance while post benefit convenience have lowest value.
