Globalization brings opportunities for companies to enter foreign markets. However, to success in entering the markets, some important factors should be considered. This study examines the factors which are influencing export performance in Bali. Using seven companies involving in exporting activities in Bali, the study find out that the important factors contribute ,contribute to the firm’s export performance are income, worker, experience in export, proactive motives, and reactive motive. This study analyzes the factors using Regression Analysis. The scope of analysis include the Descriptive Statistics, The Estimation Results, The Test of significancy (T-Test and F-Test), Autocorrelation Test, and The Test of Goodness of Fit. The major finding are income, proactive motive, and recative motive negatively affecting epxort performance, whereas the numbers of workers and experience in export are positively affecting export performance.
