The company, which is built around the society and use natural resources, has to be awareness and sensitive to the problem of environments and society welfare. The philosophy of CSR as a charity is quite difference motives from some companies in Indonesia. PT Semen Gresik as a mining company can not avoid to the responsible as their acts to u se natural resources. The method which is used in this research is qualitative descriptive. This is chosen based on the purpose want to describe and explain the issues which is affected from CSR program at PT Semen Gresik in related to stakeholder management. The result of the research, PT Semen Gresik is still not effective in stakeholder management. As state owned company / BUMN, there is a responsible to implanted CSR inside the company. But there are some lack to pay attention to the minority stakeholder.
