To achieve the main goal which was mentioned before, field observation needs to be conducted among important players that work inside the company and any external parties that cooperate with MAHARANI. In this research, “Pareto analysis” and “Value Stream Mapping” are used as tools to describe what is happening currently inside this firm. For the secondary data consist of several theoretical rameworks such as; lead times, logistics Activities, 8 wastes, 5 lean tools, five-phase methodology in implementing lean tools, supply chain management, lean philosophy (principle) and pareto analysis. Therefore, recommendations can be composed which can be used by MAHARANI. In the end, this report will produce an improvement planning to MAHARANI regarding to its logistics activities.
