Abstract

Indonesian Government encouraging the investment growth through foreign or local companies whilst the involvement of private sector relating with financial crimes has also increased significantly. Numerous corruption & bribery cases become unavoidable condition affecting the investment and economic development in Indonesia. Lots of corruption & bribery cases were connected with corporations. Therefore, the Indonesian government build anti-corruption regime to reducing corporate crimes through integration-oriented system, both from prevention approach. Meanwhile, the repressive approach by pursuing corporate criminal liability through Law 31/1999, Law 20/2001, SC Reg. 13/2016
