Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship between leadership style on internal control implementation. In this thesis the author specifically discusses how the role of leadership style that exists affect the internal control in the CV. X Kediri. With leadership style that is transformational leadership and transactional leadership applied by foundry operational manager at CV. X then affects the internal control implementation to achieve the objectives of an effective business entity. Type of research conducted is basic research with qualitative approach method. This research is to strengthen the theory related to the role of leadership style on the implementation of internal control in CV. X Kediri. The results of this study indicate the style of leadership and internal control are interconnected with each other, mutual support and work together in an effective corporate objectives.
