Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of Destination Image and Perceived on satisfaction and tourist loyalty on Bali's tourist attractions. Data processing is carried out using a quantitative approach and this type of research is causal. The variables used in this study are cognitive image, affective image, perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction and tourist loyalty. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SPSS 16.0 for windows and AMOS version 22 program. This study uses a sample in the form of respondents who have visited Bali with a total sample of 150 respondents. The results of this study indicate the influence of Destination Image, Perceived Quality and Perceived Value on satisfaction and tourist loyalty.
