Abstract
Every company has a learning process that is often known as learning action. The learning process takes place continuously. During the process the company will get a lot of new things that will determine the performance improvement. One of the analytical tools that can be used as a reference in the learning process is the learning curve. Workers who implement learning curve can work more effectively and efficiently, so as to achieve high levels of work productivity. Therefore, work done repeatedly should be done so that the workforce can work more effectively and efficiently resulting in increased work productivity. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of learning curve on direct labor productivity. this study looked at the population of direct labor producing Asam jawa CV Setia Masa totaling 8 people where in production two people were needed to produce one unit of goods, the population was then combined into 28 combinations calculated productivity by applying learning curve method Simple regression analysis is used, with the independent variable being learning percentage and the dependent variable being The results showed that learning percentage has a significant positive effect on labor productivity CV Setia Masa. Other findings also show that the correlation between learning percentage and work productivity is very strong. In addition, the level of productivity is only determined by learning percentage is 99,2%.
