Abstract
The purpose of writing this scientific journal is as a condition for graduation and obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya. The practical purpose of writing this essay is to be able to find out whether the SS and AA actions that cut steel frame iron causing damage to cultural heritage buildings can be criminally accounted for based on Law No. 11 of 2010. The following conclusions are obtained: Actors cut buffer iron as an act against the law, the perpetrator takes the supporting iron for sale, iron is cut using the equipment provided so that the deduction is done intentionally and the deduction is carried out consciously, so there is no forgiving reason so that he is able to be responsible in terms of criminal law.
