Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze level of efficiency and effectiveness of Koperasi Rukun Agawe Santoso Jl. Platuk Donomulyo – Surabaya by analyzing relationship structure of total cost and total benefit of Koperasi Rukun Agawe Santoso Surabaya. The data used in this study was time series secondary data from 2013 – 2018 budget year. The result suggested that relationship ratio of total cost and total benefit of Koperasi Rukun Agawe Santoso Surabaya was 0,81 – 0,96 percent. Rate of growth in this study year increased 4 percent and 2 percent then increased to be 9 percdent and 5 percent in next year. Growth of routine expenditure fluctuated; increase 7.8 percent in 2013 - 2014 then decrease 18 percent in 2014 - 2015, then increase 12 percent in 2015 - 2016, and finally decrease 7 percent. Efficiency level ranged from 45 to 60 percent – classified as efficient. Effectiveness level ranged from 92 to 135 percent – classified as effective. The closeness relationship between realization of revenue and routine expenditure showed positive correlation.
