Abstract

The aims for this study is to improve subjective well-being of employees (medical and non-medical) by using Affect Regulation Training at Hospital X. With various data obtained from the hospital, it can be concluded that employees often get complaints from patients regarding professionalism that is unsastifactory. From this problem this research emerged as an effort to improve the professionalism of the work of medical and non-medical employees at Hospital X. This study used the experimental design of pretest-posttest one group design with the number of participants 16 people. The training was designed in six sessions divided into interpersonal sessions (session I to session III) and interpersonal sessions (session IV to session VI). The results of this study indicate that ART can increase PWB in medical and non-medical employees of X Hospital in Surabaya.
