Abstract
Management control system is a system that designed for social, culture, politics and economics which is used by managerial to be in accordance employee’s behavior with company’s goals and to manage relationship for internal or external parties, and to be more proactive because it is designed for preventing management problems, before the problem can be a threat to company. However, during the execution, it will not be able to escape from management control problems. One of the core factor can be a problem that is human resources that related to ethical problems. Confucius (Kongzi 孔子) is a philosopher and prominent teacher whom develop the root of chinesee culture, so that he was recognize as “China’s First Teacher”. Confucius was really prioritize about ethics (Daxue 大学), self-cultivation and goverment, thats why his philosophy still relevant until now. With qualitative approach and applied reserach, this paper attemps to discuss about management control problems and the result of this paper are solutions to solve the problems based on Confucius’s values. Data collection is done by observation, interviews with management of PT X, analysis of documents and other literatures.
