Abstract
Act No 26 of 2ooo on Human Rights court substantially deals with gross human rights violations, and also with juridical solution of such violation. However, there is an alternative solution, which is reconcialiton of gross human rights violation happened in the past. Reconcialition solution is done by the National Commission of Truth and. Reconciliation as an extra judicial institution. This paper exposes that the commission has been doingits jobs through some steps, such as truth unveiling, mistakes confession, giving apology, peace, rule of law, amnesty and rehabilitation to those committed human rights crimes in the past
