Abstract
A wave of economic and technological disruptions is currently underway and is expected to continue until 2020. This indicates that the potential threat to strong brands is getting closer. It takes extra courage, rapid innovation, and high creativity for the products and trademarks to be ready to appear in the front lines. The appropriate response to this phenomenon is that companies must be willing to change and transform themselves, offer innovation and creativity to customers, and create a conducive work environment so that employees are pleased and excited in working, including giving them the freedom to channel their ideas and innovations in efforts to produce extraordinary business performance, especially to achieve profit maximization and wealth maximization. Descriptive qualitative research, with intrinsic case studies based on data collection and literature review, is intended to analyze and find out solutions for companies in dealing with the changes in consumer behavior and tastes and market conditions. The implication of this research is that company leaders can accommodate the changing needs of consumers and provide a positive organization to encourage employees to innovate and be creative in order to meet the potential demand.
