Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the legal comparison of Limited Liability Companies in Indonesia as stipulated in Act Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies with the United Kingdom as stipulated in the Companies Act 2006. There are 5 points that can be examined from the rules in 2 countries related to Limited Liability Companies, namely: Establishment of a Limited Liability Company, Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company, Organs of a Limited Liability Company, Ratification of a Limited Liability Company and Dissolution of a Limited Liability Company. This is an improvement in the regulation of Limited Liability Companies in Indonesia in the future with reference to UK regulations. This research is a normative legal research, which is research which prioritizes library research to obtain secondary data. The approach used in this research is the statute approach
