Abstract
Improving capabilities is one of the vital roles in a competitive market. Capabilities came from the abilities of companies to innovate, improving process or providing accurate and timely information. However, few of the capabilities come for free. To improve capabilities, companies need to invest not a little cash. So, evaluation of the investment must be done. This paper try to examine the investment in capabilities and some aspects concerning with the investment.
