Abstract
Interactive control system concerns about the use of discussion and debate in controlling the management process. By using that tool, all the member of the organization can actively involve in detail. This exploratory research aims to examine the impact of interactive control system in the innovation process at a bakery organization. The involvement of all member enforces perfonnance improvement at the organization.
