Abstract
This research is a field research that aims to explore motivational problem in a public sector organization. Gabungan Organisasi Wanita Kola "XYZ", as a participative organization needs result control to solve the motivational problem in its organization. Members of the organization become lack of motivation because their expectancy does not synchronize with the goals of organization. By implementing result control, members of the organization are expected to be more aggressive in executing the organization's program
