The aim of this study is to know whether model smoking influences intention to smoke among smoker male student of SMP, SMA, and SMK in Surabaya, directly or indirectly which is mediated by Theory of Planned Behavior. This study uses the quantitative approach by using questionnaire to collect the data from respondents. One hundred and twenty five respondents are involved in this study. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to tabulate the data and test the hypothesis. The result shows that model smoking influences intention to smoke among smoker male student of SMP, SMA, and SMK in Surabaya directly. Where the indirect influence between model smoking and intention to smoke is not proved.
