Abstract

Transportation is an element that can never be separated from daily human activities. Transportation becomes the thing needed by humans in carrying out their activities or lives because in our daily activities in using transportation will make it easier for us to deliver or go to one place to another. Traffic accidents are the main indicators of the level of road safety. In developed countries the problem of road safety is of particular concern to reduce the number of traffic accidents and the number of victims of traffic accidents that occur. This is an indicator of the importance of understanding accident characteristics. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the factors that cause traffic accidents caused by animal movements are the most influential in terms of humans, both humans who release livestock and also humans who become drivers and other factors such as environmental factors cause negative impacts towards environmental cleanliness and order. The negligence factor in drivers often occurs in cases of traffic accidents, but the word from negligence raises many questions where if there is a sudden attack or something that is out of control in driving a motorist it can be a factor of driver negligence. In this regard, this researcher is intended to analyze the reasons for the elimination of criminal acts in accidents because the elements of the articles contained in not fulfilling are reviewed from Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.
