Abstract
Culture is not permanent. Culture is fluid, culture can change. People can choose to hold orabandon culture. In recent time we see a very dynamic shift in culture. Han ancestral house are catagorise as aChinese traditional house. Build around the 18 th century and with the original purpose to be a center to respectHan ancerteral and a place to meet other family member. While the second purpose is baceming vaguer in therecent year, and while in the beginning Han ancestral house are maintain by a group comite or a group ofpeople while currently is being maintain and managed by a single person. With this Han ancestral house has a“passing down” the culture and the value of Han ancestral house. This research design social business modelfor Han ancestral house.
