Abstract
Bagi banyak orang, swamedika adalah pilihan klasik untuk mengurangi dan mengobati keluhan kesehatan ringan dan meningkatkan akses ke pengobatan. swamedika biasanya digunakan untuk mengobati banyak penyakit umum dan ringan seperti demam, nyeri, pusing, batuk, flu, tukak lambung, cacingan, diare, dan penyakit kulit. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kemampuan S1 Farmasi dalam menyelesaikan kasus swamedikasi, meningkatkan kemampuan apoteker di apotek dalam menyelesaikan kasus swamedikasi dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi karakteristik apoteker dan kemampuan apoteker dalam menyelesaikan kasus swamedikasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cros-sectional untuk membandingankan ketepatan rekomendasi mahasiswa S1 farmasi dan apoteker dalam pemberian pelayanan swamedikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh apoteker terkait kasus sakit kepala, diare, maag, migraine, dan bantuk kering yang sering ditemukan dalam kasus. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik apotek dan apoteker dengen ketepan jenis rekomdasi untuk seluruh kasus swamedikasi. For many people, self-medication is a classic option for reducing and treating minor health complaints and increasing access to treatment. swamedika is usually used to treat many common and minor ailments such as fever, pain, dizziness, cough, flu, stomach ulcers, intestinal worms, diarrhea, and skin diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the Bachelor of Pharmacy in solving self-medication cases, improve the ability of pharmacists in pharmacies in solving self-medication cases and what factors affect the characteristics of pharmacists and pharmacists' abilities in solving self-medication cases. The research method used a cross-sectional design to compare the accuracy of the recommendations of undergraduate pharmacy students and pharmacists in providing self-medication services. The results showed that the accuracy of the recommendations given by pharmacists related to cases of headaches, diarrhea, ulcers, migraines, and dry cough that were often found in cases. There is no relationship between the characteristics of pharmacies and pharmacists with the accuracy of the type of recommendation for all cases of self-medication.
