Abstract
This paper presents a development model to evaluate the best supplier using a Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making (MAGDM). Multi decision makers are used to evaluate multi alternative with multi attribute problem .. The weight of each decision maker on each attribute (criterion) is different due to the different cultures, experiences, education and preferences on each attribute. Weighting process of decision maker is using Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The attribute or criteria consist of tangible (objective element) and intangible (subjective element. The subjective element is gathered from a group of decision maker's preferences to the criteria on each alternative options. Meanwhile, objective element is a quantitative data. Problem validation on alternative's evaluation is using integration matrices on subjective and objective decision, which apply to a case study: evaluate the best tinplate supplier on PT Central Sahabat Baru with 4 different spesification of tinplate.
