Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on drivers’ satisfaction. Through perceived organizational support, this research will examine the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice mutualism on drivers’ satisfaction. This study was held in one of online transportation services in Surabaya namely Gojek with 200 respondents. This study applied quantitative method approach. The results show that erceived organizational support feels like mediating relations of distributive justice and procedural justice
