Abstract

The Agriculture Department of the City of Mataram, especially the Food Crops and Horticulture Department (TPH), is a government apparatus engaged in agriculture. One of its functions is to implement decentralization in agriculture. In 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture will launch a work program that focuses on developing and increasing food crop production. Therefore, the TPH requires a management system that helps to manage field data. This system is a website-based which is able to manage data such as stock status and realization of seed distribution, monitoring data on seed distribution, inventory data on producing/producer, supervising activities and seeds distribution, inventory data on varieties distribution, and data on realization of seed certification areas. In addition, the system is supported by geographic information that explains the land area and crop yields. The results obtained are the system is able to accurately make existing reports, the system helps inventory varieties, producers and production quantities, and the system helps map agricultural land based on the producers.
