Abstract
This study aims to minimize and assess the level of acceptance of the use of the PX system at PT Dian. The assessment method so that the system is minimal against obstacles is the System Development Life Cycle. To describe the level of user acceptance on the PX accounting information system using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, document observation, and documentation. The results showed that users experienced resistance to the new system such as employees who did not want to change, limited knowledge of technology, complicated input process, difficult to understand language used and difficult to understand system report design
