Abstract
Doctors not only needed when sick, but even when healthy doctors are actually needed to prevent disease or maintain and improve the physical and psychological health of their patients. The doctor-patient relationship is a relationship of trust, so without trust between the two, treatment is impossible. The legal relationship between doctor and patient is a therapeutic relationship. This legal relationship is based on the patient's trust in the doctor, so that the patient is willing to give informed consent, which is the patient's consent to accept the medical treatment that will be carried out on him. All kinds of patient care carried out by doctors require the approval of medical actions from the patient, whether in the form of oral, sign or written. In Criminal Law, whatever a person will do, it requires supporting evidence as a form of justification for what he did so as not to get into trouble.
