Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini terjadi pada saat Kementrian BUMNmembuatcore valuesAKHLAKyang diinternalisasikankeseluruh perusahaan BUMN, termasuk di lingkungan Group ABC yangtelah dimulai sejak 31 Juli 2020. Namun demikian, SK diterima PT Ssekitar bulan September, dan sampai saat ini masih ada SK yang belum diterima. Sebelum September 2020, penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan belum spesifik berdasarkan tugas pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Penilaian yang dilakukan secara umum dari kinerja karyawannya, aspek pengetahuan, aspek keterampilan, aspek sikap dan aspek kepemimpinan. Sedangkan setiap biro atau unit memiliki target revenue yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen. Merujuk pada informasi ini, peneliti memilih meninjau kembali proses pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja PT. S yang diharapkan dapat membantu biro SDM merancang proses penilaian kinerja dan memanfaatkannya untuk menemukan talenta dengan kinerja yang terbaik.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitiankualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, dimana peneliti melakukanasesmen dengancarawawancara, meninjau dokumen dan kebijakan kepegawaianPT. S serta melakukan analisis SWOT secara sederhana.Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistempenilaian kinerja karyawan yang didasarkan pada hasil analisis jabatan, perilaku pekerjaan yang dapat diamati (obyektif), sertapenilaian kinerja berdasarkanpenetapan target kinerjayang telah diberikan. The problem in this study occurred when the Ministry of SOEs made the core values of AKHLAK which were internalized to all state-owned companies, including in the ABC Group environment which had been started since July 31, 2020. However, the decree was received by PT S around September, and until now there are still SK that has not been received. Prior to September 2020, the performance assessment carried out was not specific based on the work assignments carried out. The general assessment is based on employee performance, knowledge aspect, skill aspect, attitude aspect and leadership aspect. Meanwhile, each bureau or unit hasa revenue target that has been set by management. Referring to this information, the researcher chose to review the process of implementing the performance appraisal of PT. S is expected to help the HR bureau design a performance appraisal process and useit to find talent with the best performance. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the type of case study, where the researcher conducts an assessment by means of interviews, reviewing documents and personnel policies of PT. S andperform a simple SWOT analysis. The results of this study resulted in an employee performance appraisal system based on the results of job analysis, work behavior that can be observed (objectively), and performance appraisal based on the determination of performance targets that have been given.
