Abstract

position of a public official against KONI in terms of Act Number 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System. The type of research in legal writing used by researchers is normative juridical. The type of approach used is the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The data analysis method in this thesis uses qualitative methods, namely by describing the results of the analysis in the form of sentences according to the data that has been obtained and arranged systematically. The results of the research obtained are based on Article 40 of Act Number 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System which emphasizes that KONI management is independent, which means that KONI management cannot be bound by public positions and there are no provisions that specifically provide legal consequences to KONI administrators who carry out concurrent positions.
