Abstract

This paper aims to determine the extent of the success of self-development management training (Life Skill) that can be applied to the recipients of the Lazis Unnes Charity Home Scholarship and the Semarang Charity Wallet through training conducted by Bina Sarana Informatika University lecturers. The approach technique is carried out by using seminars and simulations orally and using a computer device. The results of the activity can improve life skills, identify and take advantage of their potential based on their personal characteristics and can master science and technology well
