Abstract

From 2020 to 2022, it will be a very difficult year for the people of Indonesia because they have to face the Covid-19 pandemic. Many changes in people's behavior, which is usually called the new normal, have changed the way the Indonesian people survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the community activities that have an impact is the way of worshiping the Indonesian people. The purpose of this training is to increase work engagement and psychological empowerment of religious workers. The training method consists of lecturing, games, audio visual, paper and pencil. The results of this training show that the training participants are able to understand the function of psychological empowerment to increase work engagement. In addition, psychological empowerment has a high correlation with work engagement
