Abstract
PT Sarana Tirta Abadi is a company engaged in the construction services business, providing expert labor services or what can be called outsourcing and general trading. The purpose of this fieldwork report activity is to be able to find out how the company handles complaints submitted by customers after purchasing a product, so that this fieldwork report activity is able to analyze how to handle customer complaints carried out by PT Sarana Tirta Abadi. This field work report activity is carried out by the participants for 3 months and the participants have job descriptions, obligations, and responsibilities of being a sales marketing. the duties of the participant as a sales marketing are such as making product catalogs, sales calls, visits, making product purchase documents, responding to complaints submitted by customers and handling customer complaints with the sales marketing ranks. In this fieldwork report activity, participants responded to and handled 3 complaints that occurred during the internship period. by using the compalint handling concept that is appropriate to the participant's internship activities, the participants can formulate the problem of handling complaint handling that occurs at PT Sarana Tirta Abadi. recommendations that can be used to deal with complaints handling problems at PT Sarana Tirta Abadi are to improve employee performance, improve review systems related to customer complaints and improve monitoring in the product purchasing process.
