Abstract
This research was aimed to know the effect of social story on the ability in social interaction among autistic children, using a single case experimental design method. Subjects are two autistic children (T, 8 years, and A, 7 years). The concept used in the social story is how social interaction can take place between the subjects and their peers through play activity. Qualitative result (visual analysis) reveals that social story could enhance the ability of T & A to interact socially with their peers. Quantitatively (statistical analysis) only T could benefit from the social story in enhancing her ability to interact socially with her peers, while A did not.
