Abstract
Technological developments change people's behavior patterns to start adopting cellular payments as another alternative in conducting financial transactions, one of which is through mobile payment services. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the consumer adoption of cashless payment on GoPay services in the Gojek application in Surabaya. Data processing is done using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS Graphics software. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and obtained as many as 220 respondents who met the criteria of this study. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, perceived technology security, and hedonic motivation on consumer adoption of cashless payments. Meanwhile, social influence and innovativeness have no effect on consumer adoption of cashless payment.
