Abstract
Law interpreting as a skill shall be owned by lawyers to understand the meaning or either the purpose of law measurement. Extensive-interpreting is one method which has different characteristic if it is compared with other methods. The extension of law’s application scope, will appear to a particular problem while facing the legality and it requires law-supremacy. On the next move, this extensive-interpreting method exactly has very significant changes. If the extensive-interpreting is more comprehensible in the early as the extension of law-grammatical meaning, so the extensive-interpreting today more focused on civil values. Then, there is nothing but the accommodation of justice and law-supremacy.
