Abstract

Metal ion distribution in flowing water is studied. First of all, Partial Differential Equation is solved numerically by using explicit finite difference method which is derived from backward Taylor series. It is found that moving of bulk fluid is a controlling mechanism rather than small concentration of solute. The stability criteria for this case must include water velocity which is not obtained from center Taylor series. The changes of water linear velocity is observed to learn the stability criteria of the above method.
